About Amala Paul

Amala Paul is an Indian actress who predominantly appears in Tamil, Malayalam and New Bollywood films. She made her debut in the 2012 Malayalam language film “Bluthmara” in a supporting role and later played the title role.

Paul was born as Paul Varghese on 26 October 1992 in Ernakulam, Kerala in a Christian family. And even after Amala entered the film industry, her younger brother “Abhijeet Paul” also appeared in films (2015). And also in 2008 after completing her schooling from Amala “Nirmala Higher Secondary School” Aluva she took a sabbatical of 1-2 years to start a career in films but since then she has completed her B.A. Along with a degree in medium English, she also joined St. and Teresa’s College in Kochi to pursue higher education.
