About Shivam Wankhede
Shivam Wankhede is a very good golden dancer, he is very well known as the winner of 2MAD: Maharashtra Real Dancer. This boy started his career at a very young age with the biggest dance reality show Dance India Dance Little Masters in the year 2012. The show was judged by Farah Khan and Sandeep Saporkar. Manish Paul and Jay Bhanushali were the hosts. This dance was for children to showcase their dancing talent. It was only after this show that Shivam moved ahead and participated in Dance India Dance, season six in 2017.
The show was directed by Mudassar Khan, Marzi Pesterjee and Mini Pradhan. Shivam was trained by Mudassar Khan and was in his team called “Mudassar’s Troupe”. Amrita Khanvikar and Sahil Khattar have also been hosts of the show. He was also praised a lot for his Lavani performance. Shivam was born in Jalgaon, Maharashtra and he always made sure that he spread the art of dance in his native place.
For this he took many workshops and also organized many types of dance camps there. Shivam also participated in a Marathi dance reality show titled 2MAD: Maharashtra Asal Dancer on Colors Marathi channel. This show was also very much a life changing experience. It was a huge success on 12th April, 2017 and he won this reality show and gained immense popularity all over Maharashtra and the country as well.
He started with various workshops in the country and worked with gladiator dance classes for the same. He went to Rajasthan Tonk, Dhulia and Nanddarbar to take dance workshops. He also gave art training to small children in Nand Darbar. Shivam had worked with Apex Dance Academy in Surat and taught students. He was also a teacher of Jalgaon Womenia Group. Shivam has performed at various events, festivals and dance shows.
He was also a part of the Holi celebration program ‘Mohe Rang De’ where he performed and enlivened the atmosphere with his spectacular dance. Due to his association with Zee for years, he did a show in Pachora for Zee Talent which was also a big success. He is known for Lavani dance form and conducts Lavani workshops at specific intervals. The iconic moment of his life was when he visited his school R.R Vidyalaya also as the brand ambassador of Lokmat Bal Vikas Manch. He had said that it was his dream to perform in his school.
