And the villa is also a part of Awas Living – A luxury bungalow project in Awas Village, Alibaug and it also cost Rs 6 crore. “And Avas is also a preferred destination because of its scenic beauty.
And moreover, Mandwa Jetty is also five minutes away from Avas and speed boats have now reduced the distance to Mumbai to 15 minutes” and Advocate Mahesh Mhatre , who also act as legal advisors and Avas Living Alibaug LLP, was also quoted as saying by Hindustan Times.
Mhatre also said that it was Virat’s brother Vikas Kohli who also came to register the villa as the cricketer is also very busy with the India vs Australia Test series.
Kohli has also reportedly paid Rs 36 lakh as stamp duty for owning the villa which also includes a 400 sq ft swimming pool. And it should not be forgotten that Kohli has bought this second property in Alibaug.
But Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma also bought a very nice 36,059 sq ft farmhouse in Zirad village in September last year for ₹19.24 crore.
